VELIA
Unveiling the culture, vibrancy and lifestyle of the Westgarth precinct, Velia is a boutique development of 14 apartments, only 5kms from the Melbourne CBD in Northcote's premier pocket. 

SJM were the developer, builder and project manager on this $9 million building. Velia was purchased with a single large warehouse covering the entire area of the corner site.

SJM managed the application to Darebin Council and subsequently VCAT for a four-level building containing 14 apartments, three retail premises and a mechanised carparking system.

All apartments were sold within 30 minutes of the site signage being installed. Purchasers arrived at the office of our real estate agents before the display unit on site was opened to reserve their apartment.

Finance and construction documents were finalised quickly and works began on-site shortly after. The project was completed within 10 months and all apartments settled soon after construction was completed.
